Groupe Alphard is an engineering firm of a hundred employees providing professional services and working on multiple projects in Quebec and abroad.
Groupe Alphard needed to update and strengthen its project management intranet to optimize the efficiency of its teams.

The mandate

Alboréa obtained the mandate to completely redevelop the intranet to allow multi-site management of all projects quickly, efficiently and safely.

Our results

The new portal had a significant impact on the satisfaction of employees and managers but also on projects performance and follow-up effectiveness. Regular addition of new modules ensures constant progress of this Web application, thus meeting the needs and the constantly evolving ambitions of Groupe Alphard.
